All images supplied by Whelan Fine Art (T/A Niall Whelan Photography) are licensed according to intended usage.
Purchasing a digital image does not transfer copyright ownership.
Image resolution and usage rights are separate things:
- High-resolution files may be supplied for both personal and commercial licences
- Usage rights determine how images may legally be used

A commercial licence is required where images are used to promote a business, brand, stable or professional service.

Editing & Alteration
Images may not be heavily edited, filtered or altered without written permission.
Minor cropping for social media formatting is permitted.

Where practical, online sharing should include credit to:

Delivery
Digital images are supplied electronically in high-resolution JPEG format.
Typical turnaround:
- Preview selections: 24–72 hours
- Full edited galleries: approximately 7 days
Payment
Payment is required prior to delivery of final licensed files unless otherwise agreed.
