I’ve been struggling for some time now trying to develop some ‘style’ in my photography.ย I like landscapes, seascape, models, fashion, studio, surreal and fantasy work.ย I’m keen to improve on all frontsย but this does not seem to be giving me a particular look and feel to my work.ย So what to do…

Last weekend I thought I’d try and combine two elements and use my landscape location knowledge to do some art nude work with Anita De Bauch.
Logistics were harder than usual since I wanted to try a remote location in south Mayo in the west of Ireland.ย So for the Sunday morning shoot I drove from Dublin one Saturday morning to give me an afternoon to scout locations.ย ย There where lots to choose from, and I know one of my bad habits is to try too much at once.ย So I gave some fantastic locations in Headford, and Cong a miss until another occasion.
So on the shores of Lough Mask I chose a native Irish woodland and subjected Anita to some thorny trekking and maneuvering to produce the images we made.ย The first couple here will be added to as time allows…
