So I’m hopefully on the home stretch for my submission to FIAP for the EFIAP Silver distinction. I was 13 new image acceptances short of the required 50 new works. That is, until today, when I received the results of the latest salon circuit for Serbia, Russia, South Africa, and Norway. I received acceptances for 13 images of which 11 where new works, and 3 awards.
“Elation” received 2 awards: PPC Mention, Serbia; MoL HM Ribbon, Norway.
“Old School” received a DIPA Mention award in the South Africa salon.
This leaves me requiring 2 new image acceptances in the remaining two salons I have entered and am expecting results for in February 2021. Cutting it close to the end of February deadline for submission, but that is always the way with me:-). In total I received 31 acceptances across the four salons in this circuit. The accepted works are shown below.
